GPM ministered to over 110 orphans at Christmas, including having a party at the Glory Power Center (GPC), led by pastors Pat and Bonghi pictured below, in Magona, South Africa. There was even a wonderful Santa Claus! Read a touching TESTIMONY below.
These are some of the several hundreds of orphans that are within a few miles radius of the GPC. The orphans were treated with a hot meal, much-needed school bags as a present, food parcels to take home, as well as many treats, sweets and game prizes.
The orphans are mainly from parents who died from AIDS. South Africa has the biggest HIV epidemic in the world.
It is wonderful to see the smiles on the faces of these precious orphans as they are having fun and being treated special. They have gone through so much heartache and rejection.
Karhloni, 14, said about the party, βIt means a lot to me and the orphans that Glory Power would have a Christmas party because it shows that you love us. We do not have things that other people have as orphans. We are very happy that you gave us Christmas today. I love Pastor Don and his friends with Glory Power so much for helping us.β
GPM is expanding its orphans farm near the GPC to feed many more orphans and sell extra produce to buy more staples for the orphans. Pray that we can meet more physical and spiritual needs of these many orphans.
Thank you for your prayers and support for GPM.
